Acclaimed Actor Christian Camargo Coming To Campus

O n September 18, 19, and 20, renowned actor Christian Camargo will be on campus. He is scheduled to put on workshops for educators and actors, speak to classes and do a Q & A session.
Camargo is well-known for his roles in the TV series Dexter and Kathryn Bigelow’s 2008 war drama The Hurt Locker. He has also appeared in other popular movies and TV series, such as Twilight: Breaking Dawn - Part 2, House of Cards, The Mentalist, Law & Order and K-19: The Widowmaker.
In addition to acting, Camargo has directed, produced, and written for films and TV series. He does not only stick to the big screen; he also acts on and off-Broadway, as well as for West End in London.
Camargo was educated at The Julliard School in Manhattan, a prestigious college centered around the arts, with an enrollment of only under 1,000 students.
Most recently, Camargo guest starred on Showtime’s Penny Dreadful as Dracula in 2016, and acted in the stage adaptation of The Kid Stays in the Picture in 2017, where he played American film producer Bob Evans.
