#Throwback to 10 Years Ago This Week in A&E - Week of December 3, 2017

During the week of December 3, 2007, Alicia Keys still held the #1 spot, where she would stay for the rest of the year, on the Billboard 200 with her single “No One.” .


This week ten years ago, comedy film “Mama’s Boy” (starring Jon Heder, Diane Keaton and Jeff Daniels) and crime thriller “Revolver” (starring Jason Statham and Ray Liotta) were new box office releases.

Video Games:

“High Velocity Bowling” for Playstation 3 and “Jenga World Tour” for the Nintendo Wii were popular this week ten years ago, adding to the hype of the two relatively new consoles.


Crime thriller novel “Double Cross” by James Patterson seized the #1 spot on the “New York Times” best seller list on December 2, and would reside there until December 23.
