Hi, I have a furnished room available Sept 1st. The duration of the rental period is negotiable to me. Ideally I would like to find someone thru the semester or longer if desired. A month-to-month agreement is also fine.

It is a 10 minute walk to the U of M east bank campus and Stadium Village. There are also grocery stores and a Target about 1.5 miles away. The Seward Co-op is just across the bridge. It is on a bus route as well (#8). The house overlooks the Mississippi River, above Bridal Veil Falls, just off of East River Parkway in the Prospect Park neighborhood. It is less than a mile to campus. There is also off-street parking, high-speed wireless internet (shared). Lease is negotiable. Utilities are $50/mo. Security deposit is $500.00

I am able to fully furnish the room if needed with bed, desk, dresser etc.

This is a quiet living situation as we all need a good nights sleep. Room is for 1 (ONE) person only.
