Lease Terms:
The first month, the last month, and security deposit (equal to one month’s rent) are due at or before the lease signing. $65 application fee per application. Pets are conditional on the owner’s approval ($300 non-refundable pet deposit and $25 pet-rent (per month) per pet). Tenants are responsible for utilities including electricity, cable/internet, a flat $78/month water fee, and a flat $20/month trash fee. When available, storage units are available for an additional $49/month. Landlord Requirements: Verifiable rental history, and credit history to be considered (i.e. no minimum score required, case-by-case). Exceptions to this criteria may exist under the law and will be considered.
