1977 — Four tons of marijuana and a dead body were discovered during a house raid in Gilmanton Iron Works.

1984 — A male student was put on probation after horseplay turned into a knifing inci dent on the seventh floor of Grafton Dormitory.

1987 — For the third consecutive year, the men’s ski team won the Eastern Regional Cham pionship.

1990 — A five-foot boa constrictor, Oscar was kicked out of Mary Lyon Hall due to com plaints from residents.

1995 — Taco Bell was added to the Mountain View Snack Bar. Students chose it over the other choices such as Burger King, KFC, and Pizza Hut.
