Plymouth, N.H. – At the monthly faculty meeting at Plymouth State University, the distinguished Teachers for 2004 were announced. Each year PSU presents its Distinguished Teaching Awards to one Undergraduate faculty, as well as to two Graduate faculty representing its two graduate programs, M.Ed. and M.B.A. Nominations are accepted from faculty and staff as well as students, past and present. Associate Vice President for Undergraduate Studies, Dr. Julie Bernier, announced the recipient of the 2004 Distinguished Teaching Award – Dr. David Zehr, a professor in the Psychology Department. The Graduate Distinguished Teaching Awards were announced by Associate Vice President for Graduate Programs and Outreach, Dr. Dennise Maslakowski. Receiving the 2004 Distinguished Teaching Award in the M.Ed. program was Dr. Michael Fischler, a Professor in the Education Department and Director of the Counseling and Human Relations Center. Receiving the 2004 Distinguished Teaching Award in the M.B.A. program was Dr. Duncan McDougall, a Professor in the Business Department.
