On Monday, September 26, at 2:57 a.m., police received a crime against person report. A female student from the White Mountain Apartment Complex reported that another female student had been “attacked and physically assaulted” (Michelle Hutchins, Director of Public Relations) by three males. “The Lakes Region Mutual Fire Aid Association was advised,” stated the Plymouth police report. The subject was transported to Speare Memorial Hospital by a Plymouth Police officer.Also according to the Plymouth police report, “the officer was paged when he needed to come pick her up [from the hospital], and the subject was dropped off” at the student apartments. The attack occurred “in the vicinity of Pleasant and Langdon Street, near the PSU Child Development Center and the Spear Memorial employee parking lot” (Michelle Hutchins). The attackers were described by the subject as being white, all around 6 feet tall, and one of them was blond. Anyone who has any information regarding this attack is encouraged to come forward.
