Plymouth, N.H – With the hope of getting back to .500, The Plymouth State women’s tennis team hosted the team from visiting Western Connecticut State University in a Little East Conference Match. Equally their total from last Thursday against Lyndon State, the lady Panthers cruised to an easy 9-0 win to bring their record to 4-4 overall and 2-2 in LEC matches.
All six doubles games played were won in favor of the home team. They were led by the impressive play of senior Sara Burke (Barrington, R.I.) and junior Molly Heartfield (Dorset, Vt.) who won their game by a score of 8-0. The dynamic duo was equally impressive in their singles matches as they each cruised to easy victories.
