This morning, Wednesday April 17th, the PSU Spring Fling announced its Spring Fling headliner, dubstep and electronica act Rusko. The performer breaks a chain of rappers that have headlined Spring Fling in the last few years. His last release was the Kapow EP which he released online on his own for free. Opening for Rusko will be Coyote Kisses.
For Battle Of The Bands indie group Walk The Moon will be playing. The band formed in 2008 and released their self-titled debut album in 2012. They have opened for such bands as Weezer and Panic! At The Disco.
Rusko will be playing on Saturday, May 4th, with doors open at 7:30. Tickets will be 10$ for students with a limit of two guest passes that are 25$ each. Tickets go on sale April 29th at 7AM in the HUB.
Walk The Moon will play on Friday, May 3rd, after Battle of the Bands concludes. The show will be free.
