Name: Conner Brown

Involvement: I am currently the President of the Plymouth State University Republicans group, the USSB Representative to the USNH Board, and the Junior Class Treasurer.
Favorite Event: My favorite event held was when the PSU Republicans hosted US Senator Rand Paul. It drew over 200 people into the Hage room to hear him speak. It is even more special now that he has declared his bid for President in 2016.
Why I came to Plymouth: I came to Plymouth because of its location and all the great things you can do in this area including snowboarding, the Lakes Region and great gold courses.
Best Experience: My best experience in Plymouth was and still is having the ability to make great friends and meet extraordinary people.
Favorite Memory: My favorite memory thus far is attending the CPAC (Conservative Political Action Conference) two years in a row with the PSU Republicans.

Year: 2016/ Junior
Involvement: I am currently the Admissions Fellow- in charge of the campus tours, President of the Class of 2016, Vice-President of Fundraising for MAPS, Vice-President for the Sports Management Club, At-Large Representative for Student Senate, Student Representative on the Presidential Search Committee, Allocations Committee, Recruitment committee-as part of Student Senate, Work at Loon and Work Study Residential Life. (I think that's it)
Favorite Event: I really enjoy putting on Accepted Students Days or Open Houses even though it is a lot of work having to get the schedule together it ends up being worth it when you get such great feedback and can share your experiences at Plymouth and how they have made you a better person.
Why I came to Plymouth: I had always come to New Hampshire to ski when I was younger and during high school I actually had a seasons pass to Loon which meant I drove by Plymouth almost every weekend so when it came to picking a school I knew I wanted to be able to ski while at school and when I toured Plymouth I just felt at home and really enjoyed being on campus. Not to mention the BRICKS!
Best Experience: My best experience at Plymouth is hard to say is one thing it has been the entire experience has been so great. But overall being a part of the presidential search has been amazing getting to know so many different people and having to represent the entire student body has been a lot of fun. I have learned a lot from it and it has really showed me that my dream of working in higher education is something that I definitely should still follow.
Favorite Memory: Would have to be between a student panel and my first day on staff as a CA. My first student panel at an open house was when I was a first year and we went down the line of what our favorite thing about Plymouth State was and everyone was saying buildings or areas of campus and I said "the Bricks." I never lived that one down. My other great memory was meeting everyone that I would be on staff with as a CA after being brought in half way through the academic year and being a freshman. Everyone was very nice telling me their names and then we got to one staff member who said "My name is Tori if you don't remember it we won't be friends" I sure did remember it and she ended up becoming my girlfriend.
