This semester the Nicaragua Club will be raffling off a travel voucher that is worth $2,000 dollars.

The lucky winner will be able to use it to travel wherever they want to, whenever they want to. The voucher is being raffled to raise money for the Nicaragua Club’s service trip this May. Every year the club goes to Nicaragua to help a group called Women in Action and a small farming community in the town La Paz. They work with an organization called Compas de Nicaragua, which works with service groups throughout the year.

Tickets are going to be selling for $25 each. To buy a ticket you can contact the club with our Facebook page. It is called the Plymouth State University Nicaragua Club. The club also plans on tabling in the HUB for a few Wednesdays this semester, so make sure to keep an eye out. The raffle is open to anyone, so make sure to tell everyone you know who could use a vacation!
