WARM MIXES
Spiced Irish Coffee
Whiskey and coffee; add a little whip cream and a dash of cinnamon for the perfect start to your cold winter day.
Bourbon-Spiked White Hot Chocolate
I mug of your favorite white hot chocolate
1 oz of bourbon or Kahlua
Chai Tea and Baileys
1 mug of brewed chai tea
1 oz of Irish cream
1 stick of cinnamon
1/2 oz of crème de cacao
COLD MIXES
Holiday Sangria
Apples of your choice, fresh cranberries, rosemary, sugar to taste, white grape juice, club soda and pinot grigio.
2 apples
1 cup of cranberries
1 large Sprig rosemary
1 bottle of pinot grigio
1/2 cup white grape juice
1/4 cup sugar
1 can club soda
Peppermint Punch
Eggnog, club soda, peppermint ice cream and crushed peppermint to dust on the glass rims.
1 quart eggnog
1 liter club soda
1/2 gallon of peppermint ice cream crushed peppermint

1 part RumChata
1 part vanilla vodka
1 part chocolate liqueur
1 tbsp chocolate syrup whipped cream
