Then and now: Lip sync gets homecoming rollin’

Opening this year’s Homecoming festivities was the annual Lip Sync, featuring all types of student organizations. It was held Monday night in the Multipurpose Room in the HUB.

Organizations from all around campus came with energy and dance routines to accompany their choice of song, in hopes of winning this year’s Lip Sync. Even the audience was energetic, singing and dancing around in their chairs and practically blowing the roof off with their loud applause.

The organizations performing included Delta Zeta, Anime Club, Nicaragua Club, Blair Activities Group and Pemi Hall.

PACE was in charge of judging and after much deliberation they named the top three performances: Anime Club came in third, performing “It’s Raining Men.” “Save the Last Dance for Me,” performed by the Nicaragua Club, earned second place and Pemi Hall came in first with “Rolling on the River.”
