Since transferring to Plymouth State in 2016, Kelsey Davis was the puzzle piece that kept The Clock together. With seniors graduating and “retiring” from different positions, Davis stepped in and took over the news section after writing a couple of pieces. With a knack for writing, she picked up the essentials of being a true reporter. If you know Kelsey, you could agree that she has the personality it takes to be a true reporter; a big personality, who always asks questions and never takes “no” for an answer.
Since getting to know Kelsey, it was easy to tell that what work she put in was always going to be the best quality that it could be. Anything she wrote had her whole heart and soul behind it, whether it was for an English class or her very own article for her student newspaper.
Kelsey will finish up her semester with a Bachelor’s degree in English. After taking a gap year and going to community college, unsure of her future, everything seems to be looking up. As she gets ready to walk in the next two weeks, The Clock wants to wish her the best of luck with her future. Being an ideal reporter and teammate, we have no doubt that she’ll do just fine.
