Talk on Science and Religion to be held on December 2

The CSO (Christian Science Organization) is hosting a public discussion entitled “Science and Religion: Possible Friends After All” on Thursday, December 2nd at 7:30 in the Fireplace Lounge. Courtland Randall will lead the discussion. Mr. Randall has researched the life of William Pollard, who served as Professor of Physics at the University of Tennessee and later was with the Manhattan Project at Columbia University. His talk will focus on the relationship that Pollard discovered between science and religion. The ideas are provocative and well-suited to investigation by both the scientific and religious communities.

The discussion is expected to run for one hour with a session for questions and answers at the conclusion. Everyone is welcome.
