Regrets I Would Have if I Died Tomorrow: Not Traveling

Ever since I traveled to Europe, traveling has been something that I can’t get my mind off of. Greece captured my heart the first time I visited. Returning to Greece is at the very top of my list. Something about the language, scenery, and people was absolutely mesmerizing. Another charm that seems to be quite unique to Greece is the stray cats equivalent to America’s pigeons or seagulls. There are vibes from that country that keep me wanting more.

Another dream of mine is to road trip across the country. It would be satisfying to be able to say that I have visited every single state and seen what they are famous for. I want to see San Francisco again, Las Vegas, New Orleans, Chicago, and all of the other famous cities.

Similar to visiting all states, I want to step foot on all seven continents. Though walks of life change from state to state, it changes even more drastically from continent to continent. I want to see how life varies in each of these places, and I want to learn how to broaden my horizons to become a more cultured person.

I also want, more than anything, to have opportunity to live in another country. What better way to learn a language and embrace a culture than to live there for a while? I am lucky enough to cross this item off my bucket list next semester while I am studying abroad in Spain.

My excitement is rising just as my nerves are. I am ready to dedicate my life to doing the things I love and am ready to start achieving my life goals.
