Skiing: February 10th: Plymouth competes at the Dartmouth Carnival where sophomore Freydis Einarsdottir (Gardabaer, Iceland) finished in 11th out of 80 participants. Plymouth had four athletes that placed in the top 50. The men's team finished 11th out of 13 while the women's team finished 7th out of 13.

February 11th: Plymouth rounds out the Dartmouth Carnival where Junior Hunter Stuercke (Cottonwood Heights, Utah) finished 22nd out of 80 participants in the men’s slalom. The men’s team finished 12th out of 13 while the women’s skiing claimed 9th out of 13.

February 17th: Senior Kyle Farrow (Collingwood, Ont.) achieved his greatest run time on the slalom finish of the season Friday. He went on to finish 29th out of 80 skiers in the men’s race.

February 18th: Men’s and women’s skiing competed in a Middlebury

Winter Carnival. Freshmen Alli Price (Rutland, Vt.) and Karl Kuus (Toronto, Ont.) landed top spots for the University alpine ski teams. Price also posted a season-best record. Both teams placed 11th out of 13.

Track and Field:

February 11th: Plymouth men’s track team advances to third place in the Little East Conference. The team traveled to Gorham, Maine at Costello Sports Complex where Sophomores Sam Brunnette (Newport, Vt.) and Warren Bartlett (Loudon, N.H.) led the team. Sophomore Selena Baillargeon (Saranac Lake, N.Y.) scored a record-best in the shot put.

February 15th: Men’s track went to Tufts University in Medford, Mass. Sophomore Sam Brunnette (Newport, Vt.) had another top finish, standing in fifth in the mile run at 4:17. Plymouth overall placed 24th in the meet.

February 18th: Sophomore Selena Baillargeon (Saranac Lake, N.Y.) had a top finish for the women’s shot put while competing in Cambridge, Mass. Diana Perez (Cranston, R.I.) placed 12th in the women’s long jump division, extending her personal best.

Wrestling:

February 16th: Plymouth men’s wrestling traveled to Springfield Mass., where Plymouth fell to Western New England College in their final match, 31-15.
