1.Women’s Lacrosse (Last Issue: 2) after starting the season 0-2, the women’s lacrosse team has picked up their ninth consecutive victory after defeating Keene state 13-6 Tuesday afternoon. Junior Megan Tingley (Natick, MA) led the team with three goals and two assists to help the panthers end a three-game losing streak against KSC.

2.Men’s Track and field (Last Issue: UR): The men’s Track and field team looks ready for the championship season thanks to Warren Bartlett’s (Loudon, NH) victory in the 1500-meter run. The 4x100 relay team placed third in a season-best time of 44.01 seconds while The 4x400 team earned a first place finish with a time of 3:32.61.

3.Baseball (Last Issue: 1) a pair of doubles from sophomore Ry an Richard (Berlin, NH) weren’t enough as the baseball team lost to Bates College dropping their record to 13-14. Jarek Krajewski (Cranston, RI) has picked up the pace, knocking in six RBI on two homeruns in his last three LEC games.

4.Men’s Lacrosse: (Last Issue: 3) The men’s Lacrosse lost to UMass Boston 11-7 last Saturday. Nicco Sorrentino (Chelmsford, MA) registered two goals and two assists but it wasn’t enough as Plymouth lost a 4-3 lead going into the second half. The Panthers secured the victory yesterday during senior day.

Individual athletes

1.Senior Jarek Krajewski (Cranston, R.I.) Baseball: Krajewski was batting .391 (9-for-23) with five home runs and 14 RBIs last week, which was a solid enough performance to earn the LEC player of the week.

2.Junior Sam Sullivan (Canton, MA.) Women's Lacrosse: Sullivan registered 15 points last week with 14 goals and one assist, including 10 goals and one assist in two LEC games. Currently with 38 goals and 44 points in 10 games, she is ranked fifth in the LEC in goals and 13th in points.

3.Sophomore Warren Bartlett (Loudon, N.H.) Men’s Track and field: Bartlett had another great performance last Saturday afternoon as he won the 1500 meter in a record time of 3:58.16, ranking the 13th- fastest time in New England this season and the top time amongst runners. He broke his own record time of 4:01.58 set at the same meet last year.

4.Senior Nicco Sorrentino (Chelmsford, MA) Men’s Lacrosse: Sorrentino picked up four points (two goals and two assists) in a 11-7 loss against Umass Boston last Saturday, bringing his season total 48 points in 13 games.
