This week ten years ago, romantic comedy/adventure film “Fool’s Gold” (starring Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey) and horror film “The Eye” (starring Jessica Alba) were a few of the popular new box office releases.
Video Games:
Ten years ago this week, “Devil May Cry 4” was all the rage for the relatively new consoles of Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. “Assassin’s Creed: Altair’s Creed” was also a popular new installment into the “Assassin’s Creed” franchise on the Nintendo DS.
Books:
Ten years ago, “The New York Times” bestseller list was topped by Janet Evanovich’s 16th installment in her crime novel series, called “Plum Lucky.”
