Langdon Fight Night
Sometime between 8:40 p.m and 9:00 p.m on Saturday, February 16th, there was an altercation involving several people that occurred in the Langdon Woods Residential Hall. The altercation happened on the fourth floor in the elevator. Two guys were at the center of interest and were questionable as to if they were students here at Plymouth State University. Although there were no serious injuries, the incident was serious enough for a viral email to be sent to all students.
University Police asked everyone via the email to come forward with any details on what occurred that night. The email also included a hyperlink to a site called Silent Witness for everyone to make a confidential report about anything they knew related to the incident. Their email was sent on Sunday, February 17th in the early afternoon. Over a week later, no further comments have been made from the University Police notifying students on campus as to what actually happened.
A current Langdon Woods resident who, has decided to remain anonymous, learned some information on the altercation. When asked if they knew anything about what occurred, they responded with new information that the University Police have not revealed to the public.
“All I know is that I heard it was two guys who don’t go here that came up to the fourth floor and tried to break into the room looking for drugs.” The question of if the two men in question were looking to buy or sell drugs in unknown.
After over a week of silence from the University Police, The Clock reached out to them to see if they would make any further comments. They responded the same day with some new information about the two men that they received through Silent Witness tips.
“Gabriel Rogers age 18 from Belmont, NH and Erik Roberts age 22 from New Hampton, NH. Neither of them are PSU students.”
The University Police have also noted that both Rogers and Roberts hold active arrest warrants for offenses of criminal trespass. They are right now seeking new information about their whereabouts.
