Wrestling: da Silva places 6th at Regionals
Sophomore Dylan da Silva (Bayville, N.J.) came in 6th place at 184 pounds during the Division III Northeast Regional Championships. Da Silva was the only Panther to advance to the second day of the tournament. He went 2-1 on the first day to qualify and needed three wins on Sunday to qualify for the Division III Championships. Da Silva won his first match on Sunday but lost in his second match which dropped him down to 5th place. Unfortunately, he dropped down to sixth because of a medical forfeit where he would finish. The team as a whole would finish 17th out of 17th for the tournament finishing with 10.5 points. Johnson & Wales would go on to secure the team victory.
