During the week of November 12, 2007, “Kiss Kiss” by Chris Brown feat. T-Pain finally seized the #1 spot on the Billboard 200 from Soulja Boy. The song would stay at #1 through November 24.

 

Movies:

During this week ten years ago, films like “I Could Never Be Your Woman” (starring Michelle Pfeiffer and Paul Rudd) and “No Country For Old Men” (starring Javier Bardem, Josh Brolin and Tommy Lee Jones) were still popular at the box office from recent weeks.

 

Video Games:

During this week in 2007, Nintendo had quite the grip on the video game industry, releasing “Super Mario Galaxy” for the Wii and “Ultimate Mortal Kombat” for the Nintendo DS.

 

Books:

Crime fiction novel “Book of the Dead” by Patricia Cornwell held the #1 spot on “The New York Times” best seller list during this week ten years ago, knocking John Grisham out of the position.
