I agree that this was one of the great prof.s a student at plymouth will ever come across. He really cares about students and what they have to say, no matter what views they may have. If you want to slack off, this is not your guy to do it with. He tries to make the class tough but the workload isn't bad considering it IS college. |

great teacher Iv ever had. Sign up for a class with him as fast as possible. People, himself included, say his class is difficult, but thats only because its PSU. Its a few papers and reading assignment, thats all. He genuinely cares about students and it shows. If you go to PSU and dont take his class then your missing out on the great prof they have |

Everyone has that one teacher in college who makes them think and want to be a better student and person. He is that friendly of teacher, there is a great amount of work but he is accommodating and insightful. |

Macleish is my far the great prof. I have ever had at Plymouth! I can't even begin to explain how outstanding the learning experience he brings to the classroom is. He honestly does assign a lot of work, most of which is not difficult but you do have to keep up. outstanding prof.! I would take more courses with him if they were offered! |

This class was fascinating, but MacLeish assigned way too much work for the class being a freshman Gen-Ed. I received more work from this class than from my most intense major-related class. He is a great guy, but don't take his courses unless you're really interested in the subject matter, are required to, or are up for a challenge. |
