In my 20 plus years of teaching I have worked with students from elementary to high school level, and even adults with learning deficits, assessing strengths in order to use them to work on weak areas. I believe teaching/learning should be relevant, engaging, as hands-on as possible, measurable and applicable to a person's life and goals.
