PLYMOUTH, NH- Plymouth state was unable to make a 10-3 second quarter lead stick as the Gulls of Endicott College scored 17 unanswered points in the second half en-route to a 27-10 victory in NEFC Boyd Division play.

The Gulls high-powered offense came into the contest averaging 37.8 points per game and exchanged field goals with the Panthers to open the scoring. PSU then used to a touchdown run from senior Andrew Foglia to take their only lead of the game. Endicott engineered a 77-yard scoring drive capped by a touchdown run from Jared DiBiase to even the game just before halftime.

Endicott would pull away in the second half, though, behind an 18 yard touchdown pass from Drew Frenette to Mike Murphy and another 12 yard scoring run from DeBiase. A late 4th quarter field goal would close the scoring for the afternoon, killing the hopes of the upset-minded Panthers.

The Panthers, who dropped to 2-5 overall and 1-3 in conference play will host Western New England next Saturday at Currier Field.
